Mentoring & Development
Learning to Lead. Growing Together.
We believe people develop confidence and leadership through experience, encouragement and opportunities to contribute.
For more than 26 years, we’ve helped people learn new skills, develop relationships and discover capabilities they didn’t know they had.
Today, we’re extending that work into mentoring, facilitator development and collaborative learning.
Learning Through Experience
Our approach begins with participation.
We believe that meaningful learning involves more than receiving information. It requires opportunities to experiment, receive feedback, reflect and develop confidence through practice.
Sometimes this happens on the dance floor. Sometimes through conversation, creative projects or working alongside others.
Facilitator Development
Through danceScape, we’re developing pathways for people interested in sharing dance, movement and community experiences with others.
Our facilitator training includes ballroom, Salsa/Latin, wedding dance, danceTONE cardio, danceFLOW qigong/taichi and community-based movement programs.
The emphasis is on building practical skills, confidence and the ability to create welcoming learning experiences.

Mentoring Emerging Leaders
We’re particularly interested in supporting people who bring curiosity, initiative and a desire to make a difference.
This may involve exploring ideas, developing practical skills, making introductions or helping someone think through a new opportunity.
We don’t believe mentoring should be one-directional.
Experienced mentors bring perspective. Emerging leaders bring new ideas, skills and ways of seeing the world.
Both have something to contribute.
Entrepreneurship & Creative Development
Building a business or community initiative involves much more than having a good idea.
It requires relationships, experimentation, practical decisions and the willingness to learn along the way.
Drawing on our experience building danceScape, we’re exploring ways to support emerging entrepreneurs and creative collaborators.
Some of this work takes place through individual conversations. Other opportunities may develop through the Creative Leadership Lab.
Growing at Your Own Pace
Not everyone is looking for the same experience.
Some people want structured training. Others are exploring a possibility or looking for a meaningful connection.
Our approach begins with understanding where someone is and what they’re hoping to develop.
From there, we can explore whether there is a useful way to work together.
